Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams and clients.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in software engineering or IT.
• Expert-level proficiency in the ServiceNow Platform.
• Proven ability to architect complex ServiceNow solutions from concept to deployment.
• Experience translating business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to apply judgment to resolve complex requirements and adapt procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
