Description

Design and implement ServiceNow integration solutions, focusing on Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and external system connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integration Hub spokes for streamlined workflow automation.
• Build and configure Flow Designer workflows to replace legacy scripting.
• Implement scripted REST APIs and manage OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Workday using Web Services or REST APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for integration projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Deep expertise in Integration Hub and creating custom spokes.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer for process orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and API security standards.
• Hands-on experience building scripted REST APIs.
• Proven experience integrating with Workday via Web Services or REST.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification in Integration Hub or Architect.
• Experience with complex enterprise system integrations beyond Workday.
