You will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions and scoped applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform assessments of existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend technical improvements.
• Consult with business analysts and process leaders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advise on technical options, risks, and impacts on ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in administration, implementation, or configuration of ITSM solutions within medium to large organizations.
• 5 to 8 years of experience configuring ServiceNow in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow scoped application design and development.
• Experience managing at least one complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of ITIL process definition and integration solutions.
• Experience with architecture-level configurations and web programming techniques.
• Background working with industry-leading ITSM tool providers.
