Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow platform solutions for enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and security components.
• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices for the platform.
• Oversee system integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and governance while driving optimization and business process automation.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors to evaluate application compatibility and align with enterprise data models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and platform governance.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale workflows and automation solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Implementation certifications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Encryption).
• Proven ability to lead architectural decisions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, compatibility assessments, and vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing ServiceNow enterprise modules across large organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
