Description

Lead the ServiceNow business group and collaborate with enterprise architects across business units. Own the architectural direction for Telco Service Operations, Sales Order Management, and CMDB/IRE. Apply your Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credentials to guide a distributed team in North America and India.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce technical standards for ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise.
• Lead the ServiceNow business group, mentoring developers and aligning work with broader enterprise architecture.
• Drive solution design for Telco Service Operations, Sales Order Management, and CMDB/IRE modules.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects from other business units to ensure integrated, scalable solutions.
• Oversee development practices and release quality for the distributed team.

Required Skills

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in Telco Service Operations and Sales Order Management.
• Strong background in CMDB and Integrated Risk Engineering (IRE).
• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) is required.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple regions (North America, India).

Preferred Skills

• Telco industry background and domain knowledge.
• Experience working with senior enterprise architects in large organizations.
