Description

You will design and lead the technical architecture for ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive ServiceNow FSO technical architecture and lead technical design sessions.
• Implement complex configurations, custom scripts, workflows, and business rules within the FSO module.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs.
• Establish governance frameworks and perform code reviews to ensure scalability and security.
• Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and lead knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and ServiceNow FSO.
• Strong JavaScript programming and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow BCM, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• ServiceNow FSO Banking and Wealth Management Professional Suite Certification.
• ServiceNow GRC: Business Continuity Management Micro-Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple CIS certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine for custom scoped applications.
• Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
