Description

You will define end-to-end ServiceNow architectures, focusing on ITSM and Virtual Agent automation. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, automation-driven solutions that translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Lead the creation of Virtual Agent conversational flows, including intent recognition, topics, and guided workflows.
• Architect chatbot-driven ITSM automation for incident creation, request fulfillment, and SLA orchestration.
• Ensure tight integration between Virtual Agent front-end interactions and backend ITSM process execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM modules, specifically Incident, Request, and SLA lifecycle management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent and chatbot solutions.
• Ability to design conversational workflows integrated with backend ITSM processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
