Description

You will lead the technical architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards.
  • Architect Service Catalog, Workflow, and Service Portal implementations.
  • Design and implement integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop complex scripts using JavaScript and Glide API.
  • Ensure scalable and secure solution design across the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

  • 14+ years of IT experience.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Technical Architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal.
  • Proven track record with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
  • Ability to drive platform governance and architectural decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale ServiceNow transformations.
  • Background in enterprise IT service management.
