Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures for ServiceNow implementations within the telecommunications sector.
• Implement ServiceNow modules to improve telecom service delivery.
• Configure and optimize CSM and TNI modules to meet client requirements.
• Ensure technical solutions drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
• Hands-on experience with Telecom Network Inventory (TNI).
• Expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
• Direct experience working within the telecom industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
