What's the Job?

• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
• Assess and develop technical architecture solutions, providing guidance on hardware, network products, system software, and security considerations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies, including declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Design and oversee programmatic solutions, security protocols, data migration, and end-to-end technical solutions outside of the ServiceNow platform.

What's Needed?

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience specifically as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow platform.
• Active Top Secret 
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management, Platform Architecture, and Advanced Workflows
