Description

Design and implement ServiceNow technical architecture, overseeing integration, security, and performance strategies while serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, and operational needs.
• Develop technical architecture solutions with guidance on hardware, network, and system software.
• Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies using declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions for security protocols and data migration outside the ServiceNow platform.
• Resolve complex technical escalations and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing IT solutions.
• 3-5+ years of specific experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Advanced Workflows.
• Ability to design programmatic and declarative solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration strategies.
• Knowledge of security protocol design.
