Description

Design and oversee technical architecture solutions for ServiceNow and external systems, serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.
• Assess and develop technical architecture solutions, providing guidance on hardware, network products, system software, and security.
• Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies, including declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.
• Design and oversee programmatic solutions, security protocols, data migration, and end-to-end technical solutions outside of the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
• 3-5+ years of specific experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Workflows.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
