Description

Design and oversee technical architecture solutions for the ServiceNow platform, including integration, security, and performance strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, and operational needs.
• Assess and develop technical architecture solutions, providing guidance on hardware, network products, and system software.
• Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies, choosing between declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Design programmatic solutions, security protocols, data migration plans, and end-to-end technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience specifically as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Expertise in Platform Architecture and Advanced Workflows.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
