Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, data models, integrations, workflows, and automation design.
• Configure and customize Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Optimize ServiceNow configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create technical documentation including design specifications and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and custom application development.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API Scripts.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of RPA concepts, including process mapping, workflow automation, and bot development.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
