Description

You will own ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and data modeling for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Design and implement CMDB foundations, including population strategies and data modeling.
• Build custom workflows and integrations using Flow Design and Agentic AI flows with Now Assist.
• Develop business rules and analyze processes to ensure efficient system operation.
• Execute tests, triage defects, and resolve issues to maintain platform stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform scripting.
• Strong background in CMDB setup, data modeling, and ITIL processes.
• Experience with Flow Design and integration patterns.
• Ability to work independently with PACE playbooks.
• Clear written communication for status reporting and risk flagging.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Proven track record of proactive risk management and defect resolution.
