Description

Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications. Own end-to-end automated solutions, from discovery to release.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify ServiceNow applications using low-code/no-code functionality and out-of-box solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to define requirements and produce technical deliverables, mock-ups, and flows.
• Implement integration components including LDAP, Discovery, MID Server, and Integration Hub with SOAP/REST web services.
• Manage high-level tasks via stories and mentor junior analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform use case, functional, and user acceptance testing while maintaining clear technical documentation.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two platform capabilities.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Technical Consulting experience with proven platform administration and configuration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting, Flow Designer, domain separation, and recent ServiceNow versions.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, APIs, Azure, SSO, and LDAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, Performance Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience with Mobile, Agile/Scrum development practices, and ITIL concepts.
• Proficiency in Azure, SSO, LDAP, Angular JS, Java, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
