You will automate manual service mapping tasks and support the ITOM ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual service mapping tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Support ITOM Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB operations.
• Mentor team members through knowledge transfer regarding Service Mapping.
• Learn Discovery processes to provide future support for the module.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM Service Mapping.
• Proven ability to automate mapping functions within Service Mapping.
• Experience supporting an ITOM environment, specifically Service Mapping and Discovery.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Discovery and CMDB.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring team members.
