Description

You will design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions within a consulting context. This role requires deep implementation expertise and hands-on configuration of platform capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, focusing on Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Asset Manager.
• Integrate AI Control Tower and Workflow Data Fabric into client environments.
• Manage full-cycle ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Apply internal controls and audit frameworks within the platform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation or similar Enterprise SaaS experience.
• 5+ years of practitioner experience in Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Asset Manager.
• Experience with AI Control Tower and Workflow Data Fabric.
• CAD, CSA, and at least one CIS certification.
• Proven background in technical consulting.
• Ability to design end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Internal Controls and Audit modules.
