Description

Design, configure, and manage ServiceNow Platform and ITOM applications to support automated service health dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate new service maps and patterns to support event management capabilities.
• Develop customized Patterns, Probes, and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Manage Service Mapping infrastructure, including schedules, credentials, and MID Servers.
• Design and deploy Service Mapping solutions for both on-premises and cloud resources.
• Collaborate with Technical Business Analysts and Architects to align solutions with business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical implementation.
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping, including new/custom patterns and impact assessment rules.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and SQL commands for pattern development.
• Experience managing Service Mapping governance processes, standards, and policies.
• Ability to interact with technical SMEs and stakeholders for information validation.
• Proven track record of populating the CMDB via Service Mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Platform architecture and configuration.
• Strong background in IT service management workflows.
