Description
You will lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
Responsibilities
- Lead LSD implementation, covering legal intake, matter management, and request workflows.
- Gather requirements from legal, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to design secure solutions.
- Develop configurations, scripts, and flows adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with legal ops tools, document repositories, and enterprise systems.
- Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of proven, hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow LSD.
- Deep understanding of legal intake processes and matter lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
- Experience implementing REST/SOAP integrations and using Integration Hub.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, and enterprise design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
