Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD), covering legal intake, matter management, and request workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from legal, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to design secure solutions.
• Develop configurations, scripts, and flows adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow with legal ops tools, document repositories, and enterprise systems.
• Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of proven, hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow LSD.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Experience implementing REST/SOAP integrations and using Integration Hub.
• Deep understanding of legal intake processes and matter lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, and enterprise design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
