Description

You will implement, configure, and administer ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and support IT Service Management workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Manage ServiceNow platform administration tasks.
• Support IT Service Management workflows and processes.
• Apply software development or ITSM best practices to platform configurations.
• Manage ServiceNow platform requirements and ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Background in software development or IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management processes.
• Proven ability to manage ServiceNow platform requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex SPM implementations.
