You will own the technical implementation and advisory role within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes).
Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization.
Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews.
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical consulting or development.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for development.
