Description

You will own the technical implementation and advisory role within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes).
• Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
• Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization.
• Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for development.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and TPRM modules.
