You will act as a technical consultant focusing on ServiceNow implementation and support.
Responsibilities
Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes).
Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, emphasizing configuration over customization.
Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while conducting unit testing and code reviews.
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions to improve performance.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in a technical consultant role.
Expertise in ServiceNow implementation practices (ITSM, ITAM, SPM, TPRM).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for platform development.
Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
Ability to design and configure platform workflows and business rules.
Experience with technical documentation and unit testing.
