Description

Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for translating business requirements into platform solutions, designing architecture, and developing customizations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements for implementation.
• Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform architecture components.
• Develop and maintain customizations using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Consult with stakeholders to define and deliver functional ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• 5+ years deep knowledge in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• 5+ years experience translating business needs into technical specifications.
• 5+ years experience in consulting or implementation roles.
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification in ITSM, ITAM, and SPM.
• Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Workspaces.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITAM, and SPM modules.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITAM, or SPM.
