Description

You will lead technical ServiceNow implementations, configuring the platform and resolving complex integration issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops to gather requirements and design platform solutions.
• Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and script includes.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories.
• Conduct code reviews and serve as the escalation point for complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical consultant role.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and TPRM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Ability to design and configure platform workflows and business rules.
• Experience with technical documentation and unit testing.
• Any Graduate degree.
