You will design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on SN Portal development and Playbook configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions specifically within the ServiceNow Portal.
• Configure and manage Playbook functionality to meet technical requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into functional ServiceNow configurations.
• Maintain and optimize the existing ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within ServiceNow environments.
• Extensive experience with SN Portal development.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Playbook.
• Degree in any graduate discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3-year tenure stability in previous roles.
