Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, ensuring scalable automation and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog components, and CMDB configurations.
• Support platform activities including testing, upgrades, cloning, and administration.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and ITSM implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Proficient in CMDB management and Service Catalog configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, and cloning.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and perform code reviews.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB/CSDM concepts.
• ServiceNow certifications.
