Description

Lead the technical architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and provide architectural guidance for ITSM and HRSD implementations.
• Collaborate with process owners to define requirements, configuration data, and technical specifications.
• Partner with Infrastructure Architects and Application SMEs to perform gap analysis and align with IT technology strategy.
• Manage CI relationships and guide stakeholders on configuration management practices.
• Execute integrations using Integration Hub to satisfy business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
• Minimum two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Ability to design end-to-end technical architectures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM and HRSD.
