Description

Deliver end-to-end automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM, CMDB, and core application implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM offerings including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Architect and convert legacy customer solutions into the ServiceNow platform using OMT, Flow Designer, and Widgets.
• Perform system integration via web services and technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing development efforts and coordinating with vendors and management.
• Assist junior analysts throughout project lifecycles and ensure proper integration considering system dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ITOM Suite and CMDB.
• Experience with ITIL processes, workflow customization, ticketing, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, HTTP, and REST/SOAP for system integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and Service Management practices.
• Experience applying Agile development practices (SCRUM).
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions based on written requirements.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 certification.
• Experience with Itam.
