Description

You will lead the technical direction, development, and operational activities for ServiceNow IT services and projects in Calgary, AB.

Responsible for supervising operational and developmental activities for ServiceNow projects and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and configurations.
• Implement OOTB or customized features and manage end-to-end application deployment.
• Coordinate with architects and support teams to finalize designs, implementation plans, and cutover strategies.
• Lead and guide junior ServiceNow analysts through task distribution, monitoring, and technical mentorship.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Security Operations, GRC, and Vulnerability Response.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP protocols, JSON, and Web Services.
• Integration experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure, WorkAto, and XSOAR.
• Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows, UNIX, and RPA tools.
• Experience interacting directly with architects and clients.
