Description

Lead ServiceNow implementation for ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM, owning the full development lifecycle from catalog design to complex workflow automation and CMDB health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Service Catalogs using standard and multi-row variable sets, including multi-page record producers.
• Build moderate to complex workflows using Flow Designer, sub-flows, and decision tables.
• Implement Employee Center portals with advanced to expert-level customization.
• Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
• Analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to resolve errors and support CMDB health checks and data cleanup.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.
• Expert-level experience in Employee Center portal development.
• Strong scripting knowledge for custom development activities.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Practical knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI.
• Understanding of infrastructure components: servers, databases, storage, network devices, and cloud instances.
