Description

Lead the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while performing regular code reviews and quality control checks.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and production support tickets.
• Produce and execute test cases to ensure software quality and document all code and application functionality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Design, Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Production Support.
• ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management certification.
• ServiceNow Administrator certification.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ITIL framework.
• Working knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience in Project and Program Management.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS or Azure certification.
