Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for the telecommunications industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions using TSM and TSOM modules.
• Develop technical specifications, solution blueprints, and integration designs.
• Translate client business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical reviews to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide escalation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with TSM and TSOM modules.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external telecom systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and telecom industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to clients.
