You will lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for the telecommunications industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for telecom clients.
• Develop and maintain solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration designs.
• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical reviews to ensure quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with TSOM and TSM modules.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with other telecom systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and telecom industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
