Description

You own the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, and SecOps.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and supporting modules to resolve business issues.
• Develop workflows and scripts to automate existing applications and improve business processes.
• Own the code lifecycle from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery.
• Mentor and lead the development team while solving complex problems in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience (excluding support/admin).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM/GRC Development.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Demonstrated experience with workflows in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or SecOps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Strong focus on code quality and reusability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or Application Developer Certification.
• Experience with ITBM or Security Ops development.
