Description

You will lead technical strategy and execution for the ServiceNow platform, guiding teams and influencing architectural decisions across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

  • Guide technical teams and influence platform-wide architectural decisions.
  • Analyze, document, and present complex technical issues to senior leadership.
  • Drive progress tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation for management visibility.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, automation initiatives, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with managers to drive process and tool improvements.
