Description

Lead technical delivery and administration of ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM systems in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical solutions for application UI, workflow engines, and integrations including SSO and LDAP.
• Configure ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Macros.
• Own the development lifecycle from requirement analysis and unit testing to defect resolution and data migration.
• Manage data integration and manipulation between ServiceNow and external tools like Jira, Splunk, Tenable, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting solutions and recommend new ServiceNow technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in a related technical role.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules.
• Advanced scripting skills for ServiceNow development.
• Experience with Jira, Splunk, Tenable, and Tableau.
• Ability to perform high-level technical design and workflow configuration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CIS in IT Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, or Software Asset Management.
• ServiceNow CAS in Performance Analytics.
