Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow functionality to support enterprise operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow TSOM, ITSM, CMDB, and ALM functionality.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and documented Agile stories.
• Lead technical teams, conduct technical assessments, and resolve blockers to maintain development velocity.
• Communicate OLA and SLA performance specifications to Reliability Engineering Operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow TSOM, ITSM, and CMDB.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multiple competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of ITSM principles within a network environment.
• Experience operating in high-volume or critical production service environments.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies to clarify and iterate on requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Network Principles including devices, topology, and transport.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation concepts.
