Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects to ensure they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams through ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain delivery schedules.
• Coordinate resource allocation and maintain all project documentation, including status reports and change requests.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow implementation and project management.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Experience managing technical teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder communication regarding project objectives, status, and risks.
• Proven track record of enforcing best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration.
