Description

Lead the design, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
  • Customize modules for incident, change, and problem management to meet specific business needs.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to scripts, workflows, and platform integrations.
  • Document all configurations, customizations, and integrations while participating in system upgrades and maintenance.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage system integrations via APIs and web services.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for debugging complex scripts and workflows.
  • Experience implementing coding standards and testing procedures.
  • Ability to translate requirements from business analysts and project managers into technical solutions.
