Lead the design, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
- Customize modules for incident, change, and problem management to meet specific business needs.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to scripts, workflows, and platform integrations.
- Document all configurations, customizations, and integrations while participating in system upgrades and maintenance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Proven ability to develop and manage system integrations via APIs and web services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for debugging complex scripts and workflows.
- Experience implementing coding standards and testing procedures.
- Ability to translate requirements from business analysts and project managers into technical solutions.
