Description

You will implement and manage ServiceNow solutions across IT service, asset, network, and systems management domains.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow modules to support help desk, IT service management, and asset management workflows.
• Translate complex end-user requirements into functional code.
• Manage IT operations using ITIL v3 methodologies and enterprise IT architecture.
• Maintain technical documentation and accurate record keeping.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and ITIL v3 methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with web technologies including XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• 3+ years of experience with web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and enterprise IT architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with LDAP directories such as Active Directory, eDirectory, or OpenLDAP.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong background in ITIL business processes and IT operations.
