You will manage ServiceNow implementations, platform stability, and integration management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ServiceNow configurations and platform stability.
• Integrate web applications with network protocols and email services.
• Implement and support LDAP directory services and authentication flows.
• Apply ITIL v3 methodologies to service management processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on experience with SMTP and POP3 protocols.
• Direct experience with Active Directory, eDirectory, or OpenLDAP.
• Knowledge of web applications, networks, and protocols.
• Understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
