Description

You will act as a technical specialist focusing on ServiceNow modules including HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules across HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM.
• Manage integrations with LDAP directories including Active Directory, eDirectory, and OpenLDAP.
• Develop and implement solutions using web technologies.
• Support technical architecture within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on expertise with HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM modules.
• Experience managing LDAP directories such as Active Directory, eDirectory, or OpenLDAP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of XML and HTML.
• Degree in any graduate field.
