Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using the ServiceNow Portal.
• Develop and maintain Playbooks within the ServiceNow environment.
• Manage technical configurations across the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure stability and performance of ServiceNow services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Portal.
• Hands-on experience with Playbook implementation.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow environment.
• Graduate degree in any field.
