Description

You will be a senior ServiceNow Developer focusing on Telecom modules within the CMT business group. You will develop and configure application solutions that meet complex business and application requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications based on design recommendations from architects or Tech Leads.
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert and collaborate with the development team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key development decisions.
• Develop application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall ServiceNow Development/Implementation experience with Telecom industry focus.
• 7+ years experience with Integration Hub/Flow Designer.
• Deep experience with ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT).
• Ability to conduct thorough testing and validation of applications.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for workflows and configurations.
