Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow application solutions for the Telecom business group, focusing on complex integration and user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on architectural recommendations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Collaborate with development teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of application functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for workflows and configurations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall ServiceNow Development or Implementation experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT).
• Strong ability to design solutions that streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Proven track record of serving as a technology subject matter expert.
• Experience in telecom industry domains.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
