Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and plans in collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, and Test Managers.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to evaluate product code against technical specifications.
• Manage the defect database, documenting testing phases and reporting bugs to development teams.
• Configure hardware and operating environments required for assigned testing tasks.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QA or testing role with specific ServiceNow experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Test Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and document system errors.
• Experience applying QA methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to work effectively with Business Analysts and ServiceNow Developers.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline, or 8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications including Developer or ATF Micro Certification.
• Experience with ITIL, CMMI Maturity Level 3, or ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of 508 compliance testing and Agile frameworks.
