Description

You will own the manual and automated testing lifecycle for ServiceNow modules, ensuring quality across ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases across ServiceNow modules.
• Validate workflows within ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Develop and run automated tests using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Test API endpoints and integrations using Postman.
• Document defects and test results using Jira or HP ALM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Jira or HP ALM for defect management.
• Experience using Postman for testing.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
