Description

You will own automated testing for the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring quality through robust script execution and framework maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated testing processes using ServiceNow Application Test Framework (ATF).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize test scripts using Robot Framework.
• Identify and interact with ServiceNow UI components within the Document Object Model (DOM).
• Manage testing complexities involving shadow DOM structures to ensure reliable automation.
• Validate ServiceNow portals and standard UI behaviors against acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Robot Framework for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF testing and configuration.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow User Interface (UI) and Portal structures.
• Ability to navigate and identify elements within the DOM using automation tools.
• Experience handling shadow DOM elements during test automation.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.
